Returns

If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return your items within 7 days of delivery.

Please contact us at faithandwillowau@yahoo.com to initiate the return process. Refunds will be offered subject to the following conditions:

Returning Condition

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, and unaltered. Unfortunately for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept earrings for return.

Return Shipping

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We recommend returning your items via registered post and taking note of the tracking number as proof of return. If returning a faulty item, return postage will be refunded once the item has been inspected. 

Damaged Or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at faithandwillowau@yahoo.com within 2 days of delivery. We require the item to be returned for assessment and if deemed faulty, you will be eligible for a repair or refund.

**Manufacturing faults do not include: damaged, cracked or broken pearl, general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped, or on which the plating has faded.
